Schools & PU collegesFor your school

Know every student, not just the class average.

The things your school already runs, in one place: classes and attendance, coursework, chapter tests and term exams, grading to your own policy, and report cards. And a copilot for every subject teacher.

Sample: a term report card with four subjects, their marks and grades under the school’s own policy, and a CGPA, ready to release.

What will my teachers see each day?

In your admin dashboard: every teacher’s daily review

The teacher copilot shows who’s slipping, who’s stuck and on what, with interventions for each group. The teacher approves, changes or denies each one.

Sample re-marking record: Ananya R.’s written answer to question 9 in the Physics mid-term, first marked 6 out of 10 and re-marked 8 out of 10 by Lakshmi K., her physics teacher, on 14 September 2026, with her reason. The original mark is kept beside the change.
Marking
Objective answers marked on submission; written, coding and SQL answers graded by AI with feedback.
Report cards
Generated for a whole class and term in one action, as dated PDFs, released by hand or automatically.

What does a term actually look like?

One section, one term

Section A, first term · a PU college, 42 students

  1. June

The admin imports Section A from a spreadsheet and prints log-in sheets. Students sign in with a username on the first day.

  2. July

The physics teacher prepares Chapter 1’s test. Every question is approved by the review panel before students see it.

  3. August

Three students fall below the 75% attendance threshold. They and their class teachers get an alert the same day.

  4. September

A mid-term exam runs in a scheduled window. Objective answers are marked on submission; the teacher re-marks one written answer, and the change is kept.

  5. October

Report cards for the whole section are generated in one action, following the school’s grade bands, and released to students.

Sample: Section A’s register page through its first term, from the spreadsheet import and log-in sheets in June to the whole section’s report cards, generated in one action and released, in October.

What do other schools ask?

Questions schools ask

Can we use our own grading scale and pass mark?

Yes. Set your grade scale and bands, percentage bands, pass mark and low-attendance threshold. GPA, CGPA, standing and report cards follow them.

Do students need an email address?

No. Import the class from a spreadsheet and each student gets a username and password, printed on a log-in sheet for class.

Can a teacher see other teachers’ classes?

No. Teachers see the classes they teach, with rosters, grades and attendance for those classes only.

Can our report card look like the one we use today?

Most schools fit one of two ready layouts: grade bands from chapter averages, or scores with attendance. A genuinely different design is a custom build.

Are parents notified about attendance or report cards?

Not yet. Today alerts and report card notifications go to students and their teachers. A view for parents is coming soon.

Do you handle timetables or fees?

No. TestMySkills covers teaching, assessment and results: classes, coursework, tests, grading, attendance alerts and report cards.

Where is our data stored?

In India. TestMySkills runs on AWS in Mumbai, and your school’s data is stored there.

See it with your own syllabus.
