What’s built in

Numbers that hold up in a staff meeting

Three measures, one screen
Assessment results, assignments submitted and attendance, section by section, with the lead teacher named on each.
No mark changes quietly
Every mark and every change to it, by AI, by the system or by a teacher, is kept in order with who made it and when. See one mark’s history →
Exports for your records
Assessment results, learner activity and assignment status, ready for a staff meeting or a board review.
Attendance alerts the same day
When a student drops below your threshold, the student and their class teachers are alerted.

The same data drives the teacher copilot: interventions for each group of students, each morning, for the teacher to approve.

FAQ

Questions about class reports

What does the report compare?

The sections of a class, and the teacher who leads each, on three things: assessment results, assignments submitted and attendance.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the work that already happens in TestMySkills: tests and exams, assignments submitted as a file, text or link, worksheets marked by hand, and attendance logged per session. Nobody fills in a separate form.

Can a teacher change a mark without anyone knowing?

No. Any mark can be changed, but the original stays in the answer’s history, alongside the new mark, who changed it and when. Nothing in the history can be erased.

Can a teacher see other teachers’ classes?

No. Teachers see the classes they teach, with rosters, grades and attendance for those classes only.

Does it work for coaching batches and college cohorts?

Yes. Classes can be batches or cohorts, each with a lead teacher, co-teachers and teaching assistants, and the report compares them the same way.

Can parents see these reports?

Not yet. Today reports are for your institution’s staff. A view for parents is coming soon.

How does the teacher copilot use this data?

It works from the same results, work and attendance. Each morning it groups a teacher’s class and proposes interventions for each group, in the admin dashboard your teachers already sign in to. The teacher approves, changes or denies each one.
